Posted : 2/1/2010 Comments : I've been going to ADCH since 1997 when I moved to NJ. Thanks to Dr. Hoey and the wonderful staff my dear Maggie was healthy and was in my life for 15 years. Its been 3 years that Luca has been going to ADCH, although Luca's first year was a bit tough thanks to all the love and care that this hospital gave him he is as healthy as can be. Posted : 1/27/2010 Comments : Dogs have a way of teaching us about love, loyalty, joy and friendship...The gifts my Scruffy, gave me for 16 years was much happiness, companionship, unconditional love...I love that Carla honored his memory by making him the first pet of the month along with his little bother, Chili. Scruffy will never leave us. I have been taking my dogs to Dr. Leary for over 16 years and the compassion he showed me when I had to put Scruffy down (August 2009) ) was beyond genuine and appreciated. Thank you to Dr. Leary and all the staff at Arlington Dog & Cat Hospital for your caring, great skills, patience, warm compassion, and wonderful "pet side" manner! Posted : 8/16/2009 Comments : Dear Dr.Hoey, Dr.Learny, and Kristine: I am Buffy's mom. (bichon diabetic) Hope you remember me. My shih tzu Scarlet is doing fantastic. She will be 7 years old this Sunday. I cook for her and her health is wonderful. (knock on wood) I learned a lot from Buffy when it comes to food and nutrition. Through this Scarlet has done tremendously well. Buffy is still with us on the fireplace and I say goodnight to her everyday. I still cry at times. Her life has benefitted many others. I got involved with an animal rescue in Boonton. I help other animals in whatever way I can. When we first moved to Lake Hiawatha we found a bichon loose crossing the street. To make a long story short, the bichon's owner was found Dr. Hoey, I got Scarlet spayed. I found a terrific husband and wife team of veterarians in Montville. (Dr. Laurence Badalamenti and Dr. Anastasia Ferrante at Montville Vet Group) I highly praise them and count my blessings. Also, Eric got married this year. Posted : 12/18/2008 Comments : CeeCee received wonderful care and attention from Dr. Leary especially during his last days. Dr.Leary's care and kindness as well as that of his staff during that time will never be forgotten. Today, Nikko is also under the experienced and intuitive eye of Dr. Leary. Nikko and I wouldn't have it any other way. Considering how neurotic I can be about Nikko's health, Dr. Leary has the patience to deal with both of us!
